Project Vision
Create a balance transfer flow for a bank
Challenges

1. Can lead to confusion
2. Not intuitive

Kickoff
In this project, we adopted a goal-oriented design approach that turned out to be quite effective. It consisted of doing a competitive analysis, interviews with the interested parties and, in order to continue with the construction of the hypothesis of our person.

We asked a number of questions, here are some of them:

Can you tell me your overall experience of making transfers online?
What do you find most difficult?
What do you like the most?
How long does it take you to make a transfer?
Have you ever made a mistake when making a transfer?
What would you change about existing applications?
Meet the users
Arturo lives in Mexico City and is an office worker, works eight hours a day and does not have time to go to the bank to do his paperwork, so he is looking for an application that allows him to make transfers easily and quickly, safely and guaranteeing the success of his transactions.
Goals
Growing up with technology and feeling confident using mobile apps.
Adapts quickly to changes.
He is open to trying new things.
Frustrations
He does not have time to go to the bank to do paperwork.
Applications tend to be confusing.
The waiting time for transactions can be very long.
Challenge 1
This can lead to confusion
The different options were removed from the momentary scope, leaving only those necessary to carry out the requested request, thus avoiding confusion and delays.
Challenge 2
Not intuitive
We marked and made it obvious when an action was missing or a particular item was selected, making visible what the next step was.

Style Guide
The use of the green colour of the logo was limited to the most important elements such as the navigation menu and the buttons to continue with the specific task. A clean, white interface without so many elements was kept to avoid distractions and to be as straightforward as possible. Black was selected as the secondary colour, we applied it to the lower ranking buttons and texts within the app, neutral colours help us to delimit an area, or to indicate an answer.
