App to help people remember to take their medications

Challenges

With daily activities and lifestyles that demand multitasking, medication time is often overlooked.

Kickoff

In this project, we adopted a goal-oriented design approach that turned out to be quite effective. It consisted of doing a competitive analysis, interviews with the interested parties, and, in order to continue with the construction of the hypothesis of our person.
Meet the users

Antonio, 35 years old, lives in Mexico City
Antonio is an office worker who needs an app to help him monitor his mother's medical treatment, who often forgets to take her medication.
Goals
I take care of my mom and try to be aware of her treatments.
I have a good job, and I'm looking for a promotion
Frustrations
When I'm at work my mom forgets to take her medicine.
I try to talk to him constantly, but with the dynamics of work sometimes it gets complicated.

Sofia, 30 years old, lives in Mexico City

Sofia has a chronic illness so she has to follow a strict medical regimen, she tends to lose track of time while working and forgets to take her medications
Goals
Is growing professionally
Likes to do many activities at the same time and keep up to date

Frustrations
By the time I remember to take the medication, it is usually at least an hour past the time I was supposed to take it.
Sometimes I forget to refill the medication, so it takes a few days until I have free time to go shopping.
The functionality of scrolling the letter to mark it was not very clear
Be evident with what happens in the application (if it was successful or an error occurred)
Have profile options
Not all people have their cell phones at hand all the time. Have more types of notify
